Part 2 of; The How & Why intake mounted PMD coolers for GM 6.5 Diesel and 6.5 Turbo Diesel Engines, do NOT work correctly.
This was an early design of our PDC, during testing, notice the innovative "air-gap" space allowing hot air to bypass the cooler rather than build up underneath it, our design even then was more advanced than others that are intake mounts sold today. Shortly after this breakthrough we developed the PMD Remote Harness that allows the PMD/PDC Cooler to be a TRUE REMOTE MOUNT cooler, OFF & AWAY from the HOT engine!
